Carmel Sha'al Gewurztraminer Late Harvest is produced from Gewurztraminer grapes grown in the Sha'al vineyard at an elevation of 750 meters. The juice was slow fermented at a low temperature in Carmel's boutique winery in Zichron Yaacov. Its is medium bodied with generous sweetness set off nicely by good balancing acidity. On the nose and palate there is apricot, cinnamon, rose petal and honeyed flavors. Serve this wine with rich and creamy desserts. (NOT-MEVUSHAL)
