At Dromana Estate they have the benefit of sourcing fruit from some of the regions best vineyard sites and it is only the top 5% or so of these grapes that will eventually make it to Reserve status. After whole bunch pressing straight to barrel and a natural yeast ferment on full solids, the wine underwent 100% malolactic fermentation. It has been aged on lees for 18 months in the same barrels prior to bottling. A delicious buttery Chardonnay from "Down Under".
