Grande Champagne, 35 yrs. comes from the heart of the "Campanien" district near Segonzac. The soil has a high content of soft chalk, giving a Cognac with a very smooth, mellow taste. Because of the high level of chalkiness, this Cognac ages very slowly. It has developed deep and fine aromas of plum, quince, vineflower, honey and walnuts, with a tough of spice.

The cognac distillery is located in the heart of the best Cognac district, the Grande-Champagne. The distillery operates 9 copper pot stills. Our GIN is produced artisanaly in the Cognac region.
