Fins Bois, 8yrs hails from a district adjacent to the town of Jarnac. Here the sub-soil is composed of crumbly chalk under a thin layer of clay and produces wines of exceptional finesse and elegance. Cognacs from this district develop aromas of orange, licorice and carnation, and tend to mature quickly.

Gabriel and Andreu Borderies, Cognac, 15 Year Old, 750ml

Borderies, 15 yrs is a tiny district, accounting for only 4.5% of the total cognac production. Its clay and flint soil produces distinctive, somewhat idiosyncratic Cognacs that are soft with aromas of violets, pears and toasted nuts.

GABRIEL & ANDREU Petite Champagne: the mouth presence is so well defined and succulent that five stars is the only score that this Cognac could get; restrained, balanced and stately. Petite Champagne, 25 yrs is selected from the sub-area of Archiac. Its sub-soil is high in chalk and produces well-balanced Cognacs that develop subtle aromas of vanilla, hyacinth and linden blossom.

Gabriel and Andreu Grande Champagne, 35 Year Old, Cognac, 750ml

Grande Champagne, 35 yrs. comes from the heart of the "Campanien" district near Segonzac. The soil has a high content of soft chalk, giving a Cognac with a very smooth, mellow taste. Because of the high level of chalkiness, this Cognac ages very slowly. It has developed deep and fine aromas of plum, quince, vineflower, honey and walnuts, with a tough of spice.

GABRIEL & ANDREU is controlled solely by Alexandre GABRIEL & Jean-Dominique ANDREU who make it their mission to produce the finest artisanal spirits and liqueurs.

The sales offices are in VIROFLAY (near Paris) including the administrative, finance, marketing and sales departments.

The head offices and operations (production, aging, bottling and logistic) are located near COGNAC at the CHĀTEAU DE BONBONNET.

The cognac distillery is located in the heart of the best Cognac district, the Grande-Champagne. The distillery operates 9 copper pot stills. Our GIN is produced artisanaly in the Cognac region.
