The wine’s color is deep ruby-violet. The nose is richly fruity, with notes of morello cherries, raspberries with undertones of black pepper and vanilla. It is medium-bodied with good concentration and chewy tannins balancing its plummy, black cherry richness. It is drinking beautifully now but will keep improving three to five more years if properly stored. We enjoy drinking this wine with steaks, casserole dishes or with barbecue. It is also a pleasure to sip with hard, aged cheese.(NOT-Mevushal)
