Light, refreshing and lightly sweet with flavors of lemon, lime, peach and apricot and aromas of white flowers. Excellent as an aperitif, with fruit appetizers. WONDERFUL with dry, sharp cheeses like manchego! Finish: Persistent, sweet and very pleasant. Light due to its low alcohol content and smooth foam.

This merlot leads with enticing aromas of black cherry, spice, brown sugar, mint and vanilla. On the palate, the wine’s plush, silky texture and fine tannins carry flavors of caramel, cola, pepper, and red apple skin. The overall impression is one of richness and balance.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, by winemaker Hoss Milone, captures the attitude of Mendocino County’s style. Aromas of black currant and cherry are followed by rich flavors of cassis, toasted vanilla bean, and hints of chocolate.

At first swirl, this Cabernet from winemaker Bill Knuttel displays deep aromas of raspberry, sage and dried floral elements. On the palate, these aromas combine with black cherry and chocolate creating a mouthful of silky, well-integrated tannins. The finish lingers on for more than a minute with fine tannins that are very elegant and structured.

Coming from established vineyards primarily located adjacent to the Bliss ranch, this Zinfandel, made by winemaker David Brutocao, is a great example of Mendocino Zinfandel. It shows bright fruit on the nose with a dash of spice. The mouth is full of energetic raspberry flavors which lead to a peppery finish.

 This Shiraz has a juicy palate, with flavors of cherry, chocolate and plum. It is well balanced with silky smooth tannins.

A complex strong, dark fruit nose with black plum Shiraz aromas integrated with Cabernet’s beetroot notes. Palate: Rich blood plum flavours flood across the palate melding with delicious fruit cake notes. Well integrated oak flavours make for a persistent and stylish finish.

A highly versatile variety that lends itself to richly flavoured wine styles. Deeply coloured with a rich aroma of ripe plums and sweet red apples. The palate is plump and ripe with layers of dark cherry flavours set against moderate oak and a long, smooth finish.

This Original Hard-Cider has been made on a family-owned farm in Flushing, Michigan for well over a hundred years. It was first pressed back in the 1850's. Not much as changed in the process since then. They use the same apples from the same orchards as their great-great grandfather did before the time of the Civil War.

This winter cider is lightly spiced with cinnamon, vanilla and a drop of syrup from old Maple trees on the Scrumpy farm. Enjoy this cider cool or gently warmed.

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Canelli, Chardonnay and Viognier. The "puzzle" of Conundrum lies partly in guessing the range of grape varieties they use, because they never reveal its exact composition.

Bright amber color. Wonderful melange of fruit compote and delicate anise and dried flower aromas follow through on a velvety entry to an oily dry-yet-fruity medium body with vibrant dried apricot and buttercream notes. Finishes with a long, drying mineral kissed finish. Very tasty and should mix brilliantly.

Copper amber color. Rich, oily roasted nut, olive, and dark chocolate aromas. A smooth entry leads to a dryish medium-bodied palate with dark chocolate frosted vanilla cake, oaked nut, olive juice, dried pineapple, and robust brown spices. Finishes with an even spice and chocolate fade. Very drinkable.

Loggia Delle Sassaie Chianti is a wine that was produced from selected grapes, obtained from some of the most finest vineyards. Refined in French oak barrel, this Chianti Superiore gained bright flavors, unique texture and extraordinary taste. It is DOCG classified.

 Broooklyn brewers combined European malt and hops, Belgian dark sugar and raw wildflower honey from a New York family farm to create Local 2. The special Belgian yeast adds hints of spice to the dark fruit, caramel and chocolate flavors.

 Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring the rare Sorachi Ace hop. Fermented with their special Belgian ale strain, more Sorachi Ace hops are added post-fermentation.

The Yellow Tail Chardonnay is a blend of selected parcels of fruit from some of Australia's best Chardonnay growing areas. Using fruit from the Hunter Valley, Cowra and Riverina we have created a wine with incredible freshness and character. 

The Yellow Tail Shiraz has a deep red color with bright purple hues, characteristic of fine young wines. The Yellow Tail Shiraz is a wine that displays impressive spice, liquorice and black currant aromas. The palate is perfectly balanced with soft tannins and fine French Oak, further complemented by ripe fruit flavors.
