20 Gauge 2007 Chardonnay is crisp, dewy and creamy. Inspired by spring mornings shrouded in fog, sitting in perfect stillness, waist deep in reeds. Traditionally prized as the perfect complement to seafood, this Chardonnay goes well with all types of fowl.
Grown and bottled on the estate, 41st Avenue is a medium-bodied wine with a beautiful balance of fruit and light oak. The wine has aromas of tropical fruit with hints of ripe apple and pear in the mouth, and finishes with bright, crisp acidity. Even if your tastes run more towards White Burgundy, this Chardonnay is sure to please!
If your looking for a well structured, not too fruity, oaky, buttery Andrus Island Chardonnay is a great pick. Almonds, apples, pineapple on the nose and on the palate with a nice not too acidic , buttery oaky finish.
Andrus Island Gewurztraminer has a pale gold color, with aromas of citrus and nuts in each glass. The finish is clean and crisp. Unfortunately only 76 cases were made, so it will be gone soon. So grab one or some while you can!

D R Stephens Chardonnay is slightly more complex than previous releases, the 2005 D.R Stephens Chardonnay shows a broad array of ripe fruit aromas, ranging from tropical fruit (mango, papaya) to stone fruit (peach/apricot) and some perfumed honey/pear/beeswax notes as well.
Eagle Eye "Muscat Canelli 2007" has a nose of aromas of peaches, apricots and orange blossoms. One sip will fill your mouth with opulent tropical fruits including lychee, tangerine and notes of ripe cantaloupe. The finish is long and balanced.
Eagle Eye 2007 Sauvignon Blanc has structure and complexity like no other. The color is a beautiful pale straw with aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit and hints of lime. Lively tropical citrus flavors fill your mouth on that first sip.

2007 was a dream year for Chardonnay in Carneros. Moderate weather and a long growing season allowed the fruit ample time on the vine and we were able to pick at the optimum time. This is very important with varietals such as Chardonnay. Balancing sugar/acid levels with even ripening are keys to quality fruit, and that is what is here:
