The initial release of Bixler Vineyards Union Island Red Table Wine shows very rich, ripe, forward fruit, with flavors of ripe plums, cherries, blackberries and a hint of toasty oak. 

Blank Vineyard is tightly holding onto a rich tapestry of flavors and texture. This Cabernet Sauvignon is just starting to reveal itself, with hints of spice, dense black fruit and coffee notes at the fore. Renowned winemaker Gary Brookman is also known for Clark-Claudon.

This complex Cabernet displays bright blackberry fruit and nuttiness on the nose leading to an impressive, velvety mid-palate combined with toasty oak and a touch of chocolate on the finish.

Bliss Schoolhouse Red is always a fun wine, typically featuring a majority of Cabernet and Zinfandel, this blend adds a new twist. Adding two of our Italian varietals, Barbera and Sangiovese, give this wine another dimension of complexity. 

This Harmony5 blend is elaborately crafted, offering full-bodied elegance and opening up beautifully on the palate. Complex, rich and lush, the young and compact black currant and dried cherry flavors are enhanced by scents of caramel, slate and herbal hints. Tastes of plum, chocolate, and oak are evident throughout. The wonderful flavor possesses a veneer of youthful tannins presenting a long finish.

This limited production is dedicated to their friend and colleague, Briana Kovacs. It is deep ruby red in color, full-bodied with rich flavors of blackberry, black cherry, plum, vanilla, and spicy oak. Enjoy the deep, rich, dark fruit notes intermingled with very fine tannins.

Carter Cellars Coliseum Block, Cabernet Sauvignon 2006  is another in an impressive line of well-behaved brutes. Massive, dense black fruits pull in alongside currants, dried herbs, plums, and bittersweet chocolate to form a powerhouse Cabernet that brings the senses to attention.

Coho Red Wine is a delicious blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Petit Verdot features the best of Napa. It is big and juicy with aromas of red currant, red plum and some cinnamon. In the mouth, too, it’s juicy and bright with sweet fruit.

At Coyote Crest all wine movement is done by gravity, never pumped. Bottled unfiltered and unfined allows the full character of the varietal to stand out. This Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 26 months in 50% new and 50 % two year old French chateau barrels from the finest coopers. 

D R Stephens Moose Valley Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 from Napa Valley, California has a jewel-like color and ripe fruit intensity of this wine make this an enticing Cabernet from first glance. Aromas of ripe blackberries on the vine, the Stephens signature blueberry/lavender aromas, warm vanilla, spice and pipe tobacco aromas intertwine and build with time in the glass.

Dyer Cabernet Sauvignon is sleek, restrained and focused. Aromas of black cherry and licorice with a seductive vanilla note. Lean and structured on the palate with supple tannins.

Eagle Eye 2005 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the first to showcase fruit from the famous “AlphaWOLF Ranch.” The addition of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot provides that deep purple color and layers of complexity with a bouquet of red ripe fruits.

Felicity Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 has hint of black olive and a smokey note warm the aromas and integrate nicely with the fruit. Luscious and full on the palate with a core of tannin that suggests a wine worthy of aging.
