Guenoc Merlot is amazingly dark, rich, and full-bodied. The 2006 vintage is complex. Chocolate, cherries and cassis are evident; with generous fruit flavors and a layer of soft tannin precedes the bright, lingering dark fruit finish. Great with poultry and grilled meats.
2004 Hidden Spring Merlot is a Bordeaux-style blend. This blend showed true varietal character and expression of the vineyard. This vintage is a bit leaner with bands of spicy currants and cheery plum flavors with notes of green tea herbs and toasty oak on the nose. This wine would pair well with grilled sausages with some polenta.

This lovely Stone Barn Merlot has a soft nose of plum and dark berry fruits with oak and spice nuances. On the palate the wine remains true to our style with fruit forward flavors of cherry with a hint of vanilla and toasty notes. The finish is smooth and well-balanced making this Merlot supple and easy to drink.
The 2006 Merlot Peterson Family Vineyard reveals an evolved dark plum/garnet color followed by notes of chocolate and ripe berry fruit. In the mouth, the wine is soft and supple, but tails off in the mid-palate and finish, revealing some lightness.
2005 Twomey Merlot is a voluptuous, robust and balanced expression of this noble variety. It has a deep garnet color and an intensely concentrated nose of black cherry, blackberry essence, wild game and freshly ground black pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, wtih fine-grained tannins and an extremely long finish.
